In June I set myself some tentative goals for the month.
My goals for July are going to be very similar.
- Lose 4lb
- Complete every 10k training session
- Do weeks 1-4 of the 100 pushups programme
- Do weeks 1-4 of the 200 situps programme
- No alcohol till me 10k run

- Do weeks 4-6 of the 200 situps programme
- Do not skip a training session. NOT EVEN INTERVALS.
- Complete the Great North 10k in under an hour
- No alcohol until the Great North 10k
I think I'd struggle with trying to work towards 100 push-ups as well - it would be an awesome thing to be able to do though.
ReplyDeleteIt's going to take me a lot longer than the 6 weeks set out in the programme, but when I first tried to do pushups I collapsed on my belly and now I can do a fantastic 10 or so before I collapse, and with rests of 60 seconds in between I did 30 on Friday. JOIN ME!
ReplyDeleteThose sound like awesome goals for July. I definitely could not do the 100-pushups program! I have the weakest arms known to man so good for you for even attempting it!
